A complaint (dated 24-10-2013) was filed by Mr. Subir Singh Lamba against the director of PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur with the PMO (Prime Minister Office). Hence, a letter (PMO ID No. 4/3/2013-PMP4/103452 dated 13-11-2013) was sent by PMO (Prime Minister Office) to MHRD regarding said complaint. Please provide answer to the following queries:- 1.Please provide a certified copy of all notings on the above said letter. Please provide the name and designation of authorities who have put the above said notings. 2.The above said letter from PMO says action as appropriate. In case, any official of MHRD has interpreted it as seeking comments. Then for such official:- a.Please provide the name of the official and his designation. b.Please provide copy of the rule or power bestowed on him under which he interpreted the direction of PMO of action as appropriate to as seeking comments. c.Please provide the reason on record which prompted the said official to only seeking comments and not to initiate any investigation on the complaint. 3.Please provide the name and designation of the authority at Department of higher Education (MHRD) who is empowered to receive and act upon the complaints from PMO(Prime Minister Office) and Presidential Secretariat.
