sir i am 3rd year student of indian institute of information technology, VADODARA(IIIT VADODARA). which presently is operating from its temporary premises at Government Engineering College (Gandhinagar, Gujarat).\nThe institute fees is 74,000 per sem. i pay my institute fees by intenet banking but little late so i charged 400 Rs extra for late fees. but my friends also submit institute fees late but they paid there fees by cash in the collage account and they didnt get any late fees charge. \nso sir i want to know why i have charged 400rs extra but my frnds didnt get any charge.
