Government order/notifications, if any, regarding the punishment for resigning after the last date from PG courses under NEET BACKGROUND: I have joined Post graduation course in Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Chennai) through All India Counselling (Round 1) by securing a general rank of 1188 in NEET 2019 . I have attended the postings from May 1. The last date for resigning from the course is over. In the light of the above mentioned background, please provide the following information under section 2(f) and 2(j) of the RTI act: 1) A certified copy of the Government order/notifications, if any, regarding the punishment for resigning after the last date from PG courses under NEET. 2) The details of the restrictions, if any, for applying for the next NEET PG (2020) after resigning from PG courses under NEET.
