Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has directed to CVO, MHRD for appropriate action on illegal faculty recruitment at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Bhopal with registration no. 19329/2015/Vig-7, dt. 06/10/2015. Information was requested from MHRD vide no. DOHED/R/2015/64282 on the action initiated by CVO, MHRD for the above complain. No information was provided on the inquiry status, rather the complaint was forwarded to technical bureau of MHRD (copy attached). Although CVC has directed to intimate the action report directly to complainant and there is no intimation in this regard, I request for information on copy of documents or action report from MHRD on the present status of inquiry on this illegal recruitment. Being the complainant himself disclosing the inquiry report can not be treated as confidential and the same is involved with large public interest of the nation.
