You have stated therein that Reference No. DOHED/A/2016/60129 dated 22nd March, 2016 as per records of the Centralized PGRAMS system has not been received in the TS-I branch.\n\nKindly see the attached PDF file, wherein I have attached the proofs that the referred First Appeal was filed online using this very web-portal, it was forwarded to Ms. Tripti Gurha of TS-I department on the same day, it is very much viewable on the portal, and it is in a pending status. So, if you are facing any technical issues at your office, you may wish to rectify the same at the earliest. Please understand that it is no way my fault and I can not extend any further help apart from this.\n\nI request you once again using this fresh RTI to review my RTI DOHED/R/2016/53761 DATED 13/9/2016 and kindly provide the correct information sought.\n\nUnder the Right to Information Act 2005,Section 6, I need some information. The details of the information are as follows\n\nI did not get a response for my First Appeal bearing registration number DOHED/A/2016/60129 dated 22nd March 2016. I would like to know the status of the First Appeal, why it is pending for such a long time, what action has been taken on it so far, and a kind advice from Ms. Tripti Gurha if I needed to take any further action to help expedite it.\n\nBelow Items are for your kind information and consideration\n\na. As per section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, the requested information is held by another public authority,I request the PIO to transfer the application or part\nof it within FIVE days and immediately inform me about such transfer.\n\nb. As per section 7(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, there are further fee required to provide the requested information, I request the PIO to inform me of the additional\nfee amount along with the calculations made to arrive at the amount.\n\nc.
