1. Please inform whether UGC letter no.1-5/2006(SCT) DT.19.07.2018 sub: implementation of reservation policy of the Government of India and conveying the information to postpone the recruitment process of the teaching positions is applicable to CFTIs like IITs/NITs/IIMs/IISERs/SPAs or not.If applicable, why SPA Vijayawada against its Advt no.SPAV/2/2018 dt.05.06.2018 has not followed the UGC orders addressed to the Registrars of all the government funded educational institutions referring to UGC letter no.1-5/2006(SCT) DT.19.07.2018.\n2.Provide information that any other CFTIs has foregone UGC letter no.1-5/2006(SCT) DT.19.07.2018 sub: implementation of reservation policy of the Government of India and conveying the information to postpone the recruitment process of the teaching positions.\n3.Please inform whether UGC rules on faculty recruitment are to be followed by CFTIs or not.If not provide a copy issued by MHRD to CFTIs.
