Dear Sir, With reference to your letter No. F.NO.l7-2/2014-TS.I dated 02/03/2015, research scholar of Indian School of Mines Dhanbad are supposed to get revised fellowship but scholars are not getting revised scholarship there and even institute authorities have not issued any letter till date regarding revision of fellowship. In verbal conversation with many scholars they are saying institute do not have sufficient fund to provide revised fellowship. Does revised fund of scholarship has not been issued by MHRD. Further I would like to know that when will be revised fellowship or letter regarding revision of fellowship will be issued by institute.
