THERE are many employees holding false caste certificates. In many cases the caste certificates have not been verified till date by the proper authority of department as per law and procedure laid down by the DoPT. There are many employees whose caste certificates are not available in their service books. The DoPT have asked for verification of the caste certificates but the proper authority is saving such employees by not verifying at proper time in service. In this regard please furnish information on following points for last 20 years duly certified. 1 please give name ,designation, office address of each employees whose caste certificates is not available in service book. 2 what is name, designation and present posting of the proper authority who failed in verification of each caste certificates in time prescribed by the DoPT. 3 what action has the head of department, HOD, taken against the proper authority for his or their failure in timely verification of caste certificates. 4 what are responsibility of the HOD to take action against such employees and the proper authority. 5 this shows that the department has failed in safeguard the benefits of SCs and STs by not verifying the caste certificates in time. In this regard what is proposed action of the HOD. 6 please give the certified copy of instruction of the Honble supreme court and the DoPT are being followed by your department for verification of the caste certificates. 7 how many employees has been a. terminated b. suspended c. suspended for not submitting forged or fake caste certificates.Please give their name, designation, present posting, name of tribes or caste. 8 the post of the employees is required to be treated as provisional till the caste certificates is verified. The employees may not be treated as permanent but there are many employees whose caste certificates have not been verified but the employees have been made permanent and further benefits have been extended to them by the department . in this regard please give the certified copy of name, designation of each employees.
