Who gave the Disbursal Certificate for the said payment for the year 2011-2012. Q.5. Kindly provide details of the purchasing committee for the session 2011-2012 if made. If yes, please tell whether the committee observed codal formalities as laid down in GFR before incurring expenditure. If no, then why. Q.9.
