Dear Sir, I filed an RTI application dated August 20, 2015(DOHED/R/2015/63064). I would like to file complaint against the information provided by the CPIO.. Please consider the following points:- 1.Through query no. 4, I had sought certified copy of the notings etc. made by the investigation officer or officials. But none is provided claiming in reply that The notings made by the investigating Officer is not available with the under signed. This is totally un acceptable. Also the comments furnished by the director-in-charge Prof. S.G. Deshmukh are not provided. This is simple case of denial of information. Please take appropriate action on the CPIO and concerned official for denial of information. Otherwise I shall be constrained to file second appeal and file complaint with CIC .
