Sir/Madam, You are requested to provide the following information under the Right to Information Act 2005- 1.Please provide a copy of the ordinance and notifications of the Central Government departments/agencies like MHRD, AICTE, UGC, DST, Department of Higher Education etc. which are currently being followed for the provision of the fellowship/stipend to the students of PhD in Architecture and Planning in different institutes especially IITs, NITs and SPAs in the country. 2.Has the fellowship been revised for the PhD in Architecture and Planning Is fellowship structure in accordance with the present orders for the hike/revision/parity of fellowship by the central government for all the research scholars in various engineering, Science and other field of research If not why 3.Please provide an institute wise list of number of students in PhD in Architecture and Planning, receiving the fellowship stating current fellowship structure (Fellowship amount HRA if applicable) with date of implementation in IITs and NITs. 4.Are there any institutes (IITs and NITs) in which the fellowship has not yet been revised Please provide the list for the same along with the reason for non-increment of fellowship.
