ORDER In respect of RTI Appeal dated 17th July 2015 of Shri Kuldeep Singh which should have been addressed to the Appellate Authority of the concerned Public Authority in the State Government of Punjab, I have in this regard directed the Under Secretary and CPIO to clarify the same to the appellant for further course of action. Consequently, the CPIO and US (RMSA and GH) has informed the appellant vide F.No.12-1/2015-RMSA-II/GH) dated 3rd August 2015. However, the appellant is advised to address his appeal to the State Project Director, RMSA, Punjab concerning his RTI application. S.L. Negi JS (RMSA-II) and FAA Copy to :- Smt. D.S.
