Is there any provisions from MHRD to waive off the fees of needy students on basis of financial status of their families in IISERs , IITs ,NITs . If there are such provisions ,then in which institutes Is there any committee regarding increment or setting of fellowships/scholarships(whether institute fellowship or fellowship from UGC) of students, similar to that of PAY COMMISSION and if there was any when was last time they meet up for incerment.
