my son is studying in class 11th of SARVODYA VIDYALA, KRISHNA NAGAR DELHI, school id is 1003013 , here there is a huge shortage of teachers and the teachers who are available here is not taking interest in studying as well. I have talked many times with the pricipal of this school but of no use, math teacher is not available here. I have complaied almost in all departments but of no use. Future of all the students are in dark in this school, i had also tried to transfer my son to sarvodya vidyalaya surajmal vihar but principal and other staff told me that transfer is being stopped by the education department. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful immediately to secure future of children.

i have received a letter from rti on 25 september 2017 advising me to contact regional director of education rani garden delhi if i receive any further information or action from them unfortunately i have not received anything from their end and the probkem is still persists and no math teacher is provided in the school

Since the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is a separate Public Authority, the appellant is advised to file the appeal with Appellate Authority in GNCTD under the terms of Section 19 of the RTl Act, 2005
