(i) Please provide list of documents from current employer required for successful joining, if a candidate joins TGT post in directorate of education (Delhi administration) after resignation from any central government job (considering a condition that candidate has applied for TGT post before joining any central government job) (ii) Please also provide information that whethe same PRAN no (NPS) account will be used for new employer (DoE) and what formalities will be required for transfer of NPS account from previous central government employer to new employer i.e. directorate of education.

Since the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is a separate Public Authority, the appellant is advised to file the appeal with Appellate Authority in GNCTD under the terms of Section 19 of the RTl Act, 2005
