Sir, Please clarify if a person has completed his Mtech with GATE scholarship will be eligible for stipend to do Mtech in a different course from Indian statistical institute or any other institute .Please also clarify whether a person is eligible to receive GATE scholarship again after completion of his Mtech with GATE scholarship if he decides to take admission in another Mtech course in GATE category.Please also mention relevant documents.
