I am a student of M.Tech. I have a query regarding stipend which is given to the students pursuing m.tech from NITs or IITs. Is there any provision by MHRD which states that the student who has any backlog in a subject in his/her first year is not eligible for receiving scholarship next year. I am not able to find this information in the MHRD website. please reply to my query ASAP.
