For question number 5-7, I would be thankful if reply could be given in simple Yes/No along with supporting documents.\n\n1) Please give a softcopy preferably in PDF of the letter no. 9-2/2007-TSI dated 28 July 2008 issued by MHRD regarding enhancement of scholarship/fellowships.\n\n2) Please give a softcopy preferably in PDF of the letter no. 9-2/2007-TSI dated 12.09.2007 issued by MHRD regarding scholarship/fellowships.\n\n3) Please give a softcopy preferably in PDF of the letter dated 28 July 2008 issued by MHRD to NITs regarding enhancement of PhD scholarship/fellowships.\n\n4) What is the annual contingency grant for a full time PhD scholar in an NIT. Please provide softcopy of any related letters/orders to NITs regarding contingency grant preferably in PDF.\n5) Has MHRD issued any guidelines, restrictions or norms for expenditure that can be made from contingency grant for a full time PhD scholar in an NIT. If yes/no, please provide softcopy preferably in PDF of the same.\n\n6) Has MHRD issued any guidelines or norms for expenditure that can be made from contingency grant for a full time PhD scholar in NITs that restricts the usage of contingency amount for attending foreign conferences. If yes/no, please provide softcopy preferably in PDF of the same.\n\n7) Has MHRD issued any guidelines or norms for expenditure that can be made from contingency grant for a full time PhD scholar in NITs that states that contingency amount can only be used for attending conferences with in India. If yes/no, please provide softcopy preferably in PDF of the same.\n\nBelow Items are for your kind information and consideration-\nAs per section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, the requested information is held by another public authority,I request the PIO to transfer the application or part of it within FIVE days and immediately inform me about such transfer. As per section 7(3) of the RTI Act 2005, In case, there are further fee required to provide the requested information, I request the PIO to inform me of the additional fee amount along with the calculations made to arrive at the amount.As per section 7(8)(iii) and 7(3)(ii) of the RTI Act 2005, I request the PIO to inform me of the particulars of First Appellate Authority.
